Websites and apps
Falcon Creative designs and builds websites and applications. No account layer, no handover between a designer and a developer who've never spoken — the person who draws it is the person who ships it.
MatterProof — designed and built in-house
Brochure and lead-generation sites. Fast, accessible, easy for your team to update.
→Client portals, booking systems, dashboards and internal tools that replace spreadsheets.
→iOS and Android builds from one codebase, taken through review to the stores.
→Audits and fixes on sites you already own — Core Web Vitals, WCAG, mobile behaviour.
→Type, colour and component libraries so everything you ship afterwards still matches.
→Updates, backups, monitoring and small changes on a monthly plan. No lock-in.
→Things I've built
Falcon Creative is new, so rather than show you a client list I don't have yet, here's what I've designed and built myself — the same work, without a client's name on it.

Status labels are accurate as of this month. Client work will replace these as it ships.
The standard
Plenty of sites look fine in a screenshot and fall apart on a three-year-old phone on mobile data. These are the numbers I hold a build to before it goes live, measured in Google Lighthouse on a throttled connection — not on my laptop with the cache warm.
If a build doesn't hit them, it isn't finished. You get the report with the handover, so you can check the claim rather than take my word for it.
You own all of it. Code, design files, domain and hosting stay in your accounts. Nothing stops working if you stop paying me.
No page builders. Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no plugin stack to maintain, no licence to renew, nothing to outgrow.
One person, start to finish. The designer and the developer are the same person, so nothing is lost in a handover.

Straight answers
Fair question, and the honest answer is that a solo studio carries that risk where an agency doesn't. What I do about it: everything lives in your accounts, not mine — your domain, your hosting, your repository. The code is standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no proprietary system, so any competent developer can pick it up. You are never stuck waiting for me specifically.
You do — design files, source code and content, transferred on final payment. There's no licence to renew and nothing stops working if you stop paying me.
Not by default. Sites are hand-built, which makes them faster and removes the plugin maintenance treadmill. If your team needs to edit pages daily I'll connect a content system so you can — I'd rather do that than hand you something you can't change.
A single-page site takes around three weeks. A multi-page marketing site is six to ten, depending on how quickly content and feedback come back. Web applications are quoted individually because the range is too wide to be useful as an average.
Content is the usual bottleneck — copy, images, logos and anything legal. I'll give you a list up front, and I can write the copy if you'd rather not.
You see the first direction inside two weeks, before the build starts. Two rounds of revisions are included at that stage. If it's genuinely not working after the first presentation, you can stop and pay only for the work done.
Investment
No discovery call needed to find out what this costs. Here are the three ways studios usually work with us.
About three weeks. For a new venture that needs a credible presence and a way to be contacted.
Six to ten weeks. A full site of five to fifteen pages, with a system behind it rather than one-off pages.
Portals, booking systems, dashboards and mobile apps. Priced per project after a scoping call.
Prices exclude VAT, hosting and any third-party licences. Care plans from £120/month cover updates, backups, monitoring and small changes — optional, cancel any time.
